Beta Terms
Thank you for testing Cielo. By creating an account or redeeming an invite code you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Cielo is operated by Alessandro Amodio, Australia.
What the beta is
- The beta is free. With a valid invite code you get full access to the app for 30 days from the day you redeem it. No card is needed and nothing is charged.
- The beta is limited to the first 100 testers. One code redemption per account.
- The beta access ends on its own at the end of the 30 days. It does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.
Rules that can end or limit your access
- Inactivity: if you do not chat with Cielo for 7 consecutive days, your beta access ends early. We want the places to go to people who use the app and give feedback.
- Fair use: there is a daily limit on how much AI you can use (counted over a rolling 24 hours). If you reach it, you can continue after it resets. It is set high enough that normal use will not reach it.
- Misuse: we may suspend access for abuse, attempts to break or overload the service, sharing your account, or using Cielo to produce unlawful or harmful content.
- We may change or end the beta at any time. If we end it early, we will tell you in the app where possible.
It is a beta
Cielo is unfinished software. It may be slow, wrong or unavailable, and features may change or disappear. Conversations or data may be lost. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
AI characters, not advice
Cielo's philosophers are AI-generated characters. They can say things that are inaccurate or one-sided. They are for reflection and conversation, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
Your feedback
If you send feedback, you let us use it to improve Cielo without owing you anything for it. We will not publish it with your name or email.
Your content and your account
- You own what you write. You give us permission to process it as described in the Privacy Policy so the app can work.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- To delete your account and data, email info@ask-cielo.com.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the beta. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
